Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses. Unless an actual written relationship says otherwise, the site does not represent a provider as an employee, agent, partner, exclusive provider or endorsed business.
No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will contact, quote, accept, book or complete it. Pricing, scope, timing, credentials, warranties and service decisions are between the customer and provider.
No diagnosis or emergency service
The site does not inspect, diagnose, repair or recommend how to work on a furnace. It is not an emergency dispatch service. Contractors remain responsible for safety, diagnosis, licences/authorizations, permits, scope and pricing.
Acceptable use
